Ingredients

1½ cups fresh spinach

2 green apples, cored and cut into eighths

½ grapefruit, peeled and pith removed

Directions
Juicer Method:

Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

Juice spinach first, followed by grapefruit, apples, ginger, and celery, according to juicer instructions.

Blender Method:
