- 1 cup shredded Cheddar
- 1 loaf Italian bread, ciabatta, or baguette, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 8 cups)
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the diced bell peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower; cook for an additional 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Make the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and 2 teaspoons of kosher salt.
